We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to be the technical cornerstone of our sales efforts. Working closely with the Sales Manager and channel partners, you will be responsible for understanding complex client requirements, demonstrating the technical capabilities of our productized solutions, and ensuring their fit and feasibility. This role is crucial in illustrating how our solutions, can deliver tangible value to diverse external clients.

Technical Sales Support :
RFP & Tender Response Management :
Lead the technical response for RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions, ensuring all technical requirements are meticulously addressed and proposed solutions are comprehensive and accurate.
Collaborate with sales, product, and legal teams to ensure technical proposals align with commercial terms and company capabilities.
Develop detailed solution architectures, technical proposals, and scope of work documents.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions architect, or technical consultant role for enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
Strong technical acumen with experience in enterprise application integration (EAI), APIs, cloud platforms, and data management.
Proven experience demonstrating and positioning complex software solutions to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with major ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
Willingness to travel across the GCC region as required.
