Sales Insights
- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
- Preparing monthly, weekly sales analysis.
- Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations etc.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers.
- Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.
- Communicating with regional sales team for revenue status - customer wise.
- Providing inputs and ideas into marketing team and subsequently promote them.
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone and email
- Collecting, analyzing & evaluating the information in order to increase productivity of sales.
- Monitoring the trends of performances against monthly targets.
- Maintaining an efficient & proactive work environment.
- Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings and preparing the MOM.
- Lead Sales Insights & Strategy in order to define, monitor, measure, analyze and improve business performances.
- Provide high quality, timely and accurate weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly performance reports against business KPIs for Country.
- Manage all sales analytics including Buyer Analysis, Vendor Analysis, Program Analysis, Stream Wise Analysis, Quarterly Volume Price Mix Analysis, Sales Incentive Analytics etc.
- To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets.
- To wear appropriate business dress at all times
- In case of any issues or concerns with respect to the TAT / report errors etc, on behalf of the sales team, Sales co-od should interact closely with the Lab and revert to customers.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments within their locations.
- Should be vigilant and report to the Sales Head for any unusual behavior of Sales team member.
- If required, should be ready to travel & make either individual or joint business visits with Sales personnel.
- Should have fair knowledge on all the business streams - Testing / Inspection & CSR and closely co-ordinate with the operation's heads.
Qualification : Minimum Business Graduate
Expertise At
5 or more years of experienceVery good command over Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Proven track record of Sales MIS, Sales Planning and Teamwork.Flexible to work in non-business hours.Able to operate in different work conditions such as on-site, off site.Able to work alone.Good liaison with all other department members.Behaviours & Aptitude
