Identity Governance Specialist

About this Position

The Identity Governance Specialist crafts, deploys and maintains Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) infrastructure and services ensuring uniformity of services, adherence to best practices and consistency of infrastructure delivery.

This role ensures secure, compliant and efficient access to IT resources leveraging platforms like Saviynt, SailPoint or Oracle Identity Manager.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing and managing enterprise-level Identity Governance and Administration solutions, collaborating with application teams and external partners, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the IGA roadmap and strategy.

Key skills include strong scripting skills in Java, Beanshell, PowerShell and Python, experience with identity lifecycle, access governance and compliance frameworks, familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS integrations.
