Role Objective

We are looking for an accomplished Collibra Data Governance Specialist to take ownership of our Collibra Data Intelligence Platform and lead enterprise-wide governance initiatives. In this strategic role, you will be the primary Collibra authority within Anblicks—designing governance frameworks, driving adoption, and enabling trusted data for analytics, compliance, and AI initiatives.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to define and scale Collibra practices , work with senior stakeholders, and influence data culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and administration of Collibra across the enterprise.
• Design and configure the Collibra Operating Model (domains, assets, workflows, and roles).
• Build and optimize custom workflows using BPMN and Workflow Designer.
• Integrate Collibra with Snowflake, Informatica, Tableau, Azure, SAP, and other platforms via APIs / connectors.
• Partner with data owners, stewards, and leadership to enforce governance policies and data stewardship models.
• Establish frameworks for data cataloging, lineage, metadata, and quality management .
• Provide training, mentorship, and best practices to business and technical teams.
• Act as the Collibra SME and evangelist , promoting adoption and governance maturity across the organization.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA , and other governance standards.
