DigiMantra - Legal Researcher - LLB / LLM

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough and in-depth legal research on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) laws, case laws, and international dispute resolution practices.
• Prepare detailed legal memoranda, briefs, and reports to support case strategies and client advice.
• Assist senior lawyers in case preparation, strategy formulation, and drafting legal documents.
• Monitor recent legal developments, judgments, and regulatory changes and provide concise summaries.
• Utilize legal research databases and tools effectively (SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, Law graduate or post-graduate degree (LL.B / LL.M) from a recognized university.
• Strong research and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms such as SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
