Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in Arbitration, Mediation, and Conciliation proceedings effectively.
  • Draft and review arbitration agreements, pleadings, settlement terms, and other legal documents related to dispute resolution.
  • Provide expert legal opinions and strategic advice on ADR mechanisms and dispute resolution.
  • Attend hearings, lead negotiations, and maintain continuous communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of national and international laws, regulations, and best practices related to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; LLM or diploma in ADR is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ADR or litigation practice.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and related procedural laws.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and client management abilities
