With an inventory of approximately 2,50,000 square yards, we are poised for growth and require a visionary marketing leader to drive our initiatives.

About the Role :

The Marketing Head / President will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts of Hasini Estates, focusing on strategic marketing leadership, brand development, and sales strategy formulation to enhance the company's market presence and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Marketing Leadership :
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote open plot projects and drive sales.
• Identify market opportunities and consumer trends to enhance project visibility and attractiveness.
• Brand Development :
• Strengthen the Hasini Estates brand presence across various platforms.
• Create compelling narratives and marketing materials that reflect the quality and value of our projects.
• Sales Strategy Formulation :
• Design and execute targeted sales campaigns to reach potential buyers, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals.
• Team Management :
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and results-driven performance.
• Market Research and Analysis :
• Conduct market research to identify competitive positioning and customer needs.
• Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Digital Marketing Oversight :
• Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing efforts.
• Ensure the official website is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for conversions.
• Customer Engagement :
• Implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Organize promotional events, site visits, and open houses to attract potential buyers.
• Partnership Development :
• Establish relationships with real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to expand market reach.
• Seek partnerships for co-marketing opportunities.
