We are looking for Quality Engineering Lead having expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing. Having experience as Scrum Master will be an added advantage.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met within Agile sprints Facilitate project discussions to analyze and define both functional and non-functional requirements
• Test Strategy & Planning : Develop and oversee comprehensive test strategies and plans with an emphasis on risk-based testing Support team leads in test planning, analysis, and execution to ensure alignment with project goals Review requirements and provide accurate estimations for various testing phases
• Testing Execution & Management : Oversee both manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring thorough defect logging and resolution using Rally Drive the development of scalable and cross-platform automation tests to enhance testing efficiency Participate in technical design reviews, proactively identifying and addressing ambiguities or potential issues
• Continuous Improvement & Reporting : Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies by implementing innovative QA practices Provide regular QA status reports to management, highlighting progress, issues, and risks Escalate critical issues or risks promptly to ensure timely resolution
• Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with development and business partners during design and grooming sessions to ensure quality is integrated early in the development lifecycle Act as a key liaison between QA and other departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of quality objectives
• Innovation & Best Practices : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and testing, integrating relevant advancements into the team's workflow
• Stakeholder Reporting : Present quality metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations to enhance product quality
