Job descriptionLead recruitment strategies to attract high-quality teaching and non-teaching staff. Manage the end-to-end hiring process : sourcing, interviews, assessments, and final selection. Design and implement structured onboarding programs for smooth integration of new hires. Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fair evaluation and growth-oriented feedback. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for teachers and staff. Support leadership in succession planning and career pathing. Develop employee engagement initiatives that foster motivation, collaboration, and retention. Address employee concerns promptly, ensuring a transparent and supportive workplace. Build strong communication channels between staff, leadership, and HR. 10-12 years of experience in HR or related field. MBA and Hyderabad based male candidates preferred Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills

- Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion.
