Team Lead

We’re on the lookout for a passionate, creative, and experienced Interior Designer / Team Lead to join our dynamic team full-time in Bengaluru. What You’ll Do

Lead with Vision :

Guide and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.

Design with Purpose :

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience :

At least 5+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related discipline.

Leadership :

A proven track record of leading successful design projects and inspiring teams.

Skills :

Proficiency in AutoCAD, paired with excellent project management and communication skills.

Creativity :

A strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-quality designs.

Adaptability :

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

Bonus Points :

Experience in sustainable design.
