✅ Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).

✅ Strong experience in ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript), integrations (REST / SOAP).

✅ ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred.
