Position Overview :

The ServiceNow Practice Lead is responsible for driving the strategic direction, implementation, and adoption of ServiceNow solutions within an organization or for clients. This leadership role involves managing a team of ServiceNow professionals, overseeing end-to-end implementations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategy & Leadership :

• Define and drive the ServiceNow practice roadmap and best practices.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with C-level executives, IT leaders, and stakeholders to understand business needs and align ServiceNow capabilities accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, trends, and industry best practices.
