Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Contract Management & Legal Documentation

• Review standardize and finalize agreements for group companies (including from tax angle).
• Ensure timely execution of contracts with and maintain a centralized repository of executed agreements and legal documents.
• Develop and manage MIS for legal documentation and set renewal alerts via Lexcare.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

3. Statutory Compliance

4. Litigation & Recovery

5. Land Management

6. Handling of Secretarial Matters including handling Board Meetings Committee meetings Annual

General Meetings Listing Regulation compliances SEBI Compliances. Mergers and Acquisition.
