Job description
We seek a Brand Specialist(Brand Strategy and digital marketing) for a D2C brand in Bengaluru.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns - owning every step from brief to launch, ensuring ideas reach consumers rapidly and memorably.
Turn customer insights and market opportunities into concrete stories, activation formats, and channel plans that drive trial and conversion.
Partnering with content, creative, and growth leads to deliver high-volume, high-quality assets and messaging, designed for digital, social, and offline environments.
Manage real-time rollout of initiatives (gifting programs, influencer seeding, grassroots events), tracking results and optimising fast.
Maintain brand guidelines, playbooks, and templates for team-wide alignment, enabling speed and consistency across execution.
Lead creative sprints, collaborate with external agencies, and oversee partner outputs to ensure brand's distinct voice is maintained in every channel.
Drive the “category education” agenda : develop toolkits, guides, and new formats to make reusable period care accessible and desirable for first-time users.
Support new product launches with brand positioning and execution plans, from pre-launch content to activation and PR.
Job Qualifications
4-8 years in consumer brand management or marketing, with tangible experience taking ideas from strategy through execution in D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
Track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and leading initiatives across digital, social, and partnerships.
Exposure to building new or challenger brands, with comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Thrives in a highly collaborative environment with proven ability to work alongside creative, marketing, and product teams to quickly deliver assets and launches.
Strong project management and communication skills : can balance creativity with operational discipline.
Results-oriented, with a bias toward action and continuous optimization. Experience with analytics and rapid iteration is a must.
