We are looking for an HR Manager with 2–3 years of experience who possesses strong communication and management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Oversee HR operations , including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations , grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support the performance appraisal process and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Key Skills & Requirements :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.2–3 years of proven experience in HR management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills .Strong leadership and team management abilities .Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretionSkills Required
