This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager based in Dholera. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing property transactions, developing real estate strategies, overseeing property maintenance, coordinating with tenants and clients, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Experience in property transactions and real estate management

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of property maintenance and facility management

Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate sector

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
