About the Role :

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that improve supply chain efficiency, control costs, and maintain product quality. The role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and execute sourcing opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply reliability.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with WaterScience quality and delivery standards.

Conduct market research to track trends, pricing, and new supplier options.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to ensure best value.

Work closely with Production and Quality teams to align sourcing with operational needs.

Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes.

Qualifications :

3–5 years of experience in

procurement, sourcing, or supply chain

within the

manufacturing sector .

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Analytical and detail-oriented with good Excel / ERP skills.

Bachelor’s degree in

Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

(MBA preferred).

Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
