Software Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a motivated software Procurement Specialist to manage our company’s IT-related procurements. This role involves strategizing to find cost-effective deals, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all IT purchases align with business goals and budget constraints

• .Key Responsibilitie

Analyze organizational software needs and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers

Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms

Procure and manage IT-related software products

Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and invoices

Track and process software renewals and manage subscriptions

Resolve supplier issues, disputes and invoicing concerns

Develop and implement procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field is preferred (or 5+ years’ experience in a similar role)

Proven experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or sourcing

Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of software and services

Self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and operations

Understanding of procurement laws and compliance standards

Experience working in ServiceNow (SAM) is a plus
