What You'll Do At Pega :

80% Customer / Client Engagement :

• Diagnose and resolve performance issues across applications, databases and infrastructure.
• Assess hardware requirements and recommend optimal configurations.
• Conduct performance testing to validate scalability, reliability and responsiveness of applications in production and pre-production environments.
• Provide post-production support including monitoring, troubleshooting and optimizing system performance in live environments.
• Optimize and monitor Linux-based systems.
• Create and maintain dashboards in Grafana for Infra and application observability.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads in production environments.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for AWS RDS, EC2 instances and pods.
• Tune JVM performance, including memory management and garbage collection.
• Optimize RDS performance using AWS Performance Insights and CloudWatch.
