Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced professional to lead Service Certification in the Power & Cooling (PaC) domain within AWS Infrastructure Services. This role will ensure service readiness and certification compliance for critical power and cooling systems across data centers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, audit, and validate service standards in alignment with global operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of certification programs for power & cooling infrastructure (PaC).
- Develop and enforce service readiness standards, procedures, and documentation tailored to AWS data center operations.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to collect relevant data, perform audits, and verify compliance.
- Address certification gaps, implement corrective measures, and monitor their efficacy.
- Produce clear technical documentation, certification guidelines, and post-certification reports.
- Support new service rollouts and infrastructure upgrades with readiness validation and certification.
- Present certification status, risks, and improvements to leadership with actionable insights.
Basic Qualifications (Essential)
5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, data center services, certification, or quality assurance—ideally in power & cooling, supply chain, or technical operations.Strong understanding of service certification protocols, operational readiness, and audit frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional communication, and documentation skills.Analytical mindset with an aptitude for interpreting performance metrics and supporting continuous process improvement.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Experience within large-scale cloud infrastructure or data center environments.Familiarity with AWS infrastructure, especially power & cooling systems.Project or program management expertise, particularly in certification or readiness domains.Understanding of global standards (e.g., ISO, safety certifications) relevant to data center operations.
