Since the market launch of this strategy in mid-2023, Trianz has experienced enormous growth, success and recognition.

Some of Trianz built IP in data and analytics was acquired by Amazon. Since then, Trianz has been made an engineering partner of Amazon for building / supporting connected ecosystems across multiple AWS platforms

Most recently, Trianz and AWS have signed an SCA (Strategic Collaboration Agreement) to work on joint solutions for the cloud; AWS will buy Concierto licences in bulk for AWS partners to use for migrations, and recommend Concierto to their MSPs. We are seeking leaders driven by our purpose - to help customers accelerate digital transformations and build the next generation software and services organization.

As a Delivery Assurance Head , lead the transformation of how we deliver exceptional client outcomes. This leadership role combines visionary thinking with hands-on execution, driving a quality-first culture while ensuring delivery excellence across Trianz global services portfolio. You'll be the architect of our assurance strategy and the guardian of client success.

What You'll Own

Strategic Vision & Culture Transformation

Design and implement a comprehensive Assurance Strategy that integrates governance, risk management, quality, and compliance across all service lines

Champion a quality-centric culture into organizational DNA and data based decision-making processes

Continue to evolve the organization's quality vision and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives

Lead transformation initiatives using modern methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, DevOps)

Delivery Excellence & Client Success

Establish robust delivery assurance frameworks and governance models for consistent client outcomes

Conduct independent delivery reviews, audits, and health checks for projects and programs across global engagements

Partner with clients (as needed) and Engagement / Delivery leaders to ensure alignment with business outcomes

Drive predictable delivery through proactive monitoring of SLAs, KPIs, project milestone, SOW compliance and client satisfaction metrics

Ensure all engagements ( T&M, Managed Services, Fixed Price Projects, Fixed capacity ) deliver on schedule and cost commitments. Setup methods and techniques to catch early signals vs after the fact recovery

Risk Intelligence & Compliance

Serve as 2nd Line of Defense , identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across operational, compliance, and strategic categories

Act as recovery manager for select troubled engagements, including interactions with client as needed

Ensure adherence to global standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, CMMI) and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS), as required by Trianz

Interface with crisis management and incident response Team of Trianz for business continuity

Implement data-driven risk response plans aligned with organizational risk appetite

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Build outcome-based metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive insights and quality improvements, provide as much real time visibility for project status across all service lines vs traditional weekly / monthly reports

Foster innovation mindset through structured improvement programs and lessons learned frameworks

Continually review existing processes for effectiveness and modify as needed, ensure trainings are conducted for knowledge transfer of change in process

Champion emerging technologies and methodologies for competitive advantage

Leadership & Business Impact

Build and mentor high-performing assurance teams

Act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on assurance initiatives and business strategy

Drive commercial success through margin assurance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency

Support business development with delivery assurance perspectives in solutioning and RFPs

Develop organizational proficiency through structured capability building programs and competency frameworks across delivery teams

Design and implement training curricula for quality standards, delivery methodologies, and emerging technologies to elevate team expertise

Who You Are

Experience & Background

18+ years in running large scale delivery across applications and infrastructure, including modernization programs, quality management, delivery assurance or delivery leadership with proven track record of implementing scalable frameworks

Experience leading large-scale transformation (Cloud Migrations and App Modernization) programs and managing multi-vendor environments

Strong commercial acumen with experience in margin assurance and P&L impact

Global delivery experience across diverse industries / geographies

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's / master's degree in engineering, or related field

Quality certifications in ISO 27001 / ISO 9001 / ISO 20000

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred)

Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a strong plus
