Key Responsibilities :
- Assess clients' physical and mental health conditions to develop customized yoga therapy plans.
- Design and conduct individual and group yoga therapy sessions targeting specific health issues such as stress, chronic pain, musculoskeletal disorders, and mental health conditions.
- Monitor client progress and modify therapy plans accordingly to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals including doctors, physiotherapists, and psychologists to provide integrated care.
- Educate clients on yoga principles, breathing techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support holistic health.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, client progress, and outcomes.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to promote the benefits of yoga therapy.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in yoga therapy and related fields.
- Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards in all therapy practices.
Qualifications :
Certification or diploma in Yoga Therapy from a recognized institution.5 to 10 years of experience practicing and teaching yoga therapy.In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions treated with yoga therapy.Experience working with diverse client populations, including those with chronic illnesses or disabilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to motivate and inspire clients toward achieving their wellness goals.Skills Required
