Job Description :
- Provide technical support and resolve application-related issues.
- To solve the queries of the customer via Mail, Chat & Call.
- Maintain a better relationship with the customers.
- To provide the best resolution to the customers.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products, services, and processes
- Notify customers regarding investigation results, respond to inquiries, or any adjustments in the services (if any).
- Strong Analytical Skills
