Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance via phone, chat, email, and video calls.
Deliver
L1 & L2 remote support
for Linux, Mac, Windows, Chrome, and Android.
Troubleshoot network and OS-related issues, escalating when necessary.
Document incidents and resolutions using standard tools / procedures.
Participate in technical training and maintain knowledge base usage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Working knowledge of
Windows OS
(Linux knowledge is a plus).
Good understanding of
PC architecture / technology .
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and comprehension skills.
For experienced candidates : Minimum
1 year of international calling / technical troubleshooting experience
(hardware & software issues).
