This role blends strategic thinking, relationship-building, and strong revenue responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with brands, agencies, and growth-focused companies
- Use data-driven storytelling to demonstrate how advertising accelerates brand building
- Build structured sales frameworks, outreach flows, and repeatable processes
- Advise clients on campaign strategies with clarity, transparency, and logic
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and revenue delivery
- Build long-term trusted relationships with decision-makers, CMOs, and marketing leaders
- Work closely with internal teams to refine positioning, GTM approaches, and brand narratives
Required Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic salesStrong belief that advertising and brand visibility are critical to scaling a companyHighly analytical, data-driven, and structured in problem-solvingExcellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skillsTrack record of achieving revenue or growth targetsPreferred : Agency / brand ecosystem experience;background from IIM / Tier-1 or high-performance startup experience
