Role Overview :

We're looking for proactive Sr. BDAs to own the final stage of the sales funnel — connecting with prospective learners and driving enrollments. You'll engage with students and parents, handle objections, and ensure seamless conversions through structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end closure of leads post-demo.
• Conduct consultative discussions via calls / video to convert interest into enrollments.
• Handle objections, communicate program value, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and share learner insights with internal teams.
