Location : Vadodara (Remote option available)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager (BDM) with extensive experience in US staffing and recruitment sales. The role demands a leader who can drive strategic client acquisition, executive-level relationship management, and business growth initiatives.

This is a high-impact role with responsibility for revenue generation, client portfolio expansion, and collaboration with recruitment delivery teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Key Growth & Planning :

  • Define and execute business development strategies to expand client portfolio across direct clients and MSP / VMS accounts.
  • Develop sector-specific growth plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and market intelligence to leadership for informed decision-making.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :

  • Identify and secure partnerships with enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service level agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Delivery Oversight :

  • Partner with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality talent solutions.
  • Provide strategic direction to recruiters based on market trends and client hiring priorities.
  • Act as the escalation point for key accounts, ensuring service excellence and client retention.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Advantage :

  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving staffing needs in the US market.
  • Identify new service offerings, sectors, or business models to enhance market positioning.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven business development experience in the US staffing industry.
  • Consistent track record of achieving / exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Strong understanding of US staffing ecosystem, MSP / VMS partnerships, and compliance frameworks.
  • Established network of senior decision-makers within the staffing / recruitment ecosystem.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business reporting.
