Associate Principal - Game Producer

What You'll Do

• Drive the vision of the game from inception to final deliverable, ensuring a flawless execution.
• Collaborate with Games Mathematicians and Prototypers to define, maintain, and document game design requirements.
• Brief game requirements to artists, animators, audio specialists, and developers, and work with them throughout the development phase, including daily stand-ups.
• Monitor project advancement, collaborate with project managers, mathematicians, and essential partners to guarantee the initial vision is completed within budget and timelines.
• Conduct product testing and review, identifying core user experience issues, and prioritizing feedback.
• Maintain open and continual communication with your manager and team regarding workload and projects.
• Analyze competitors' and in-house products to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Monitor trends in social and real casino industries, as well as other media.
• Undertake any reasonable task requested by your senior manager.
• Participate in after-business-hours calls as per business needs.
