Project Role Description :

Lead the design, development, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications or Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical, serving as the primary technical point of contact. You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented to meet business needs and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• Lead end-to-end application design, development, customization, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement efficient resolutions.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
• Oversee project progress, manage timelines, and ensure delivery within scope and quality parameters.
• Contribute to key project and architectural decisions across multiple teams.
