Job Overview :
As part of the Pre-Sales team, you will work closely with the sales and management teams to support the entire sales cycle—from identifying leads to closing deals. This role offers hands-on experience in understanding client requirements, preparing compelling proposals, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned accounts, including lead generation, qualification, client meetings, providing demo, proposal drafting, negotiations and deal closure.
Conduct market research and client analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and value-based proposals to decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renew business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM software.
Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets with a results-driven approach.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ed-tech, technology, or software industries.
Experience working with schools, colleges, or education institutions is highly preferred.
Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and client relationship management.
Ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
