Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the store
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Wooden Streetproducts, materials, and design options
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Handle POS transactions, payments, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Maintain store appearance through organized displays and timely restocking
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to the store manager
- Assist in executing store promotions, campaigns, and visual merchandising plans
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Log customer interactions and sales activities using sales management software
- Attend product training sessions and stay updated on latest trends and offerings
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are maintained throughout the store
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store performance goals
- Working Conditions :
- 6-day work week
- Weekday off (No leaves on Saturdays and Sundays)
- 8.5-hour shift per day (includes 30-minute lunch break)
