Project Technical Lead

Job Description

The Project Technical Lead at Nokia will focus on the technical success of medium-complexity projects, overseeing all phases from pre-sales to operations and customer care. This role involves defining project requirements, managing the bill of materials, and developing technical plans in association with project managers. Mentor technical teams during implementation, troubleshoots complex issues, and facilitates a smooth transition to operations. Building strong relationships with senior customer teams is essential, along with providing expert guidance and ensuring that project objectives are met while maintaining credibility for Nokia's solutions.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Own the technical success of medium-complexity projects from pre-sales to operations and CARE.
• Define project phases, milestones, and manage the technical plan alongside the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and establish credibility for Nokia's solutions during pre-sales.
• Manage the end-to-end bill of materials, including hardware, software, and third-party solutions.
• Lead a technical team through detailed, design, and implementation phases, overseeing troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain upbeat relationships with senior customer technical teams as a recommended advisor.
• Ensure a smooth technical handover to operations and CARE teams, securing final project acceptance.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
