Role Overview

Sigmatic is seeking a Technical Lead to drive engineering execution, architect scalable systems, and guide a growing development team. This role blends leadership with hands-on technical work. You will own architectural decisions, mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and ensure smooth delivery of high-impact features across our platform.

The ideal candidate is a senior full-stack engineer who has evolved from building mobile and backend features to designing and shipping modern, cloud-native platforms. You will serve as the technical bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders—driving innovation while ensuring reliability and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end technical project execution across multiple product lines.
• Architect scalable, secure, cloud-native systems and microservices.
• Guide and mentor full-stack engineers, enforcing best practices in coding, testing, and system design.
• Perform code reviews and ensure high standards for maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive hands-on development in React, Node.js, Python, and cloud services.
• Own delivery timelines, sprint execution, and technical prioritization.
• Ensure reliable integrations across APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven systems.
• Support the development of AI-augmented internal tools, LLM-based features, and automation workflows.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
