Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and source potential customers for Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and Mortgage Loans.
- Generate leads through direct sales, builder tie-ups, real estate agents, and DSA networks.
- Assess and analyze customer financials (ITR, salary slips, bank statements) to determine loan eligibility.
- Manage the end-to-end loan process — application, documentation, verification, and disbursement.
- Ensure proper KYC compliance and adherence to company credit policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal, technical) for smooth loan processing.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor offers, and interest rates to stay competitive.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer queries.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Good understanding of Home Loan and LAP products.Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.Strong networking ability with builders, DSAs, and real estate brokers.Result-oriented and self-driven with ability to work under pressure.Basic computer knowledge — MS Excel, CRM, and loan processing systems.Qualification :
Graduate / Postgraduate (Any Stream – Preferably Finance, Commerce, or Marketing).Prior experience in Home Loan / LAP Sales from Bank or NBFC preferred.Job Type : Full-time
