Must-Have

1. Must have good communication skill. Able to explain and articulate challenges effectively

2. Must be motivated to learn and adopt the technology used in applications

3. Must have 4+ years of experience working as hands-on UI engineer

4. Must have previous professional experience working with ReactJS or similar technology

5. Must have experience writing regular unit tests

6. Must have experience working with templates like Handlebars, JSX etc.

7. Able to communicate well both verbally or in writing (email, chat etc.)

Good-to-Have

1. Experience working in agile scrum development area

2. Experience working with JSP / Spring based application

3. Experience with Slack, Wiki, Jira is plus
