UI / Frontend Lead - Javascript / TypeScript

Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient UI / Frontend Lead to spearhead the development of our next-generation web applications.

This role requires a blend of hands-on coding expertise, architectural design skills, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the frontend technical strategy, ensuring code quality, and driving best practices for performance, usability, and accessibility across all web Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the frontend technology roadmap and architectural vision for all web applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance.
• Design and lead the implementation of complex, large-scale UI components and reusable frontend architecture, potentially using a Micro-Frontend approach.
• Own the selection and management of the core frontend stack (libraries, frameworks, build tools), advocating for modern, effective, and efficient solutions.
• Establish and enforce standards for web performance (load times, rendering, responsiveness) and SEO-friendly rendering techniques.
• Spend a significant portion of time actively writing clean, well-documented, and highly performant code for core application features.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor team members on coding best practices, and enforce strict coding standards, design patterns, and testing methodologies (e.g., unit, integration, E2E tests).
• Collaborate closely with UI / UX designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, and design systems (e.g., in Figma / Sketch) into pixel-perfect, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Mentor and guide mid-level and junior frontend developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and accountability.
• Collaborate effectively with Backend Engineers to define API contracts (REST / GraphQL), ensure efficient data exchange, and manage integration complexities.
