Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The Human Resources Executive will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and benefits administration, to cultivate a positive workplace environment and contribute to overall organizational success.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Experience in fostering Employee Relations and handling workplace concerns professionally
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive employee experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and employee regulations is preferred
