About The Role :

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with people across the organization.

You will support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance — helping us continue to build a strong, inclusive, and high-performing culture at Wings.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

Conduct new hire orientations and support smooth onboarding / offboarding processes.

Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate HR reports as needed.

Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with related questions.

Support employee relations, including documentation and basic investigations.

Assist with performance management processes and engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Contribute to HR process improvements and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For :

2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity.

Strong understanding of HR operations, recruiting, and employment laws.

Experience with HRIS or ATS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Lever, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for people and culture.
