Billing Provisioning Specialist

Critical Skills to Possess :

• Extreme Attention to Detail :  A proven track record of accuracy is essential. You must be able to meticulously set up billing codes and spot minor discrepancies in data.
• Proactive & Diligent Mindset :  This is not a passive role. We need someone who will actively and consistently monitor systems daily without fail and take ownership of the process.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills :  You must have the ability to investigate issues, ask the right questions, and logically troubleshoot to find the root cause of a data reporting problem.
• Excellent Organizational Skills :  The ability to manage a queue of provisioning requests while simultaneously performing daily monitoring tasks is crucial.
• Clear Communicator :  You need to be able to clearly articulate technical problems to support teams and provide concise status updates to the billing team.
• Experience :  2-3 years of experience in a role such as Billing Operations, Provisioning, or a related operational function.
