Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QS and Billing Engineer located in Pune. The engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), conducting rate analysis, and managing billing systems. Key tasks include quantity surveying, ensuring accuracy in all billing transactions, and maintaining meticulous project documentation. Additionally, the engineer will perform continuous analytical evaluations to optimize project costs and efficiency.

Qualifications

• BOQ and Quantity Surveying skills
• Proficiency in Billing Systems and Rate Analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work independently and within a team
