Key Responsibilities :

As the AVP Lean Digital Transformation, your core responsibilities will include :

• Strategy Development Design and execute a comprehensive Six Sigma and digital transformation strategy, tailored specifically to Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Policy Formulation Develop policies and frameworks that support measurable improvements in business process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Leadership Lead high-impact transformation projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with certified professionals across functions to plan, design, and execute critical initiatives.
• Mentorship & Capability Building Serve as an internal consultant to Black Belts and project teams.
• Deliver advanced training in Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Process Re-engineering Leverage data analytics to re-engineer core processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring Establish benchmarks, KPIs, and reporting standards to track and ensure sustained performance improvement.
