Reporting to the Manager of System Engineering , the Senior Systems Specialist will be a go-to person in the department. You will respond to a wide variety of issues, collaborate with teams across the company, and contribute to impactful technical solutions.

As a Senior Systems Specialist (Windows), You Will :

• Manage and maintain server environments based on Microsoft technologies.
• Troubleshoot hardware / software issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems, and resolving escalated incidents.
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new infrastructure deployments or upgrades.
• Perform regular backup operations, implement patches, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Review capacity planning, storage management, and database performance.
• Optimize server infrastructure and plan for growth through capacity forecasting and expansion.
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
• Participate in information security monitoring, incident response, and investigations.
• Create repeatable SOPs for deployed systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation and occasional travel as needed.
