For one of our clients, we are looking for an IT Owner based in Bengaluru, India, to join the project as a contractor.

This role combines business analysis, development, and DevOps responsibilities. The IT Owner will be responsible for all IT-related tasks and decisions for a product, ensuring robust delivery and ongoing support. It is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and can bridge business and technical domains. The IT Owner will define and test requirements, support users, write automated test cases, maintain data pipelines, and ensure the product’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the IT owner for product, accountable for all IT-related decisions.
• Define and test requirements, support users, report bugs, update documentation, and communicate changes.
• Write automated test cases and scripts, analyze user statistics, and challenge vendor decisions.
• Maintain data pipelines, fix alerts, and update disaster recovery plans.
