Job descriptionWe’re in the business of selling scripted and curated content, and we’d love for you to bring strong storytelling skills—both in crafting compelling narratives and in pitching them effectively to clients. You’ll be expected to have a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and branded content, while staying updated on industry analytics and emerging trends. You will be driving initiatives to maintain a healthy sales pipeline through extensive market coverage and incubating new business development opportunities. You will focus on maximizing revenue potential with the clients / agencies, leverage relationships to secure market intelligence for the Fiction IP & media monetization across Rusk Platforms You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision, establishing Rusk as a premium destination for digital spends. In this role, you will work with the sales strategy team, client team for delivery of your long-term deals. Operating Q-O-Q to keep revenue achievements in line with revenue targets. 4+ years of experience in digital media agency / digital ad sales / consumer internet industry Preferred Qualification : MBA, preferably from Tier I / Tier II institutes Preferred Experience : Worked with any of the Top 5 Media Houses in India Unlimited paid leave. The content comprises Game play streams, reality episodes & short form content distributed across Amazon mini TV & Rusk social handles.
