We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company with 100s of partners on ground that support us.

Responsibilities :
Manage existing accounts with proper relationship building, with an intention of growing leads and business from them.Hunt for new accounts to onboard them and tell them about amber and how we are different from other marketplaces and platforms.Meet the targets of bookings and leads from the partners that are being managed in your territoryLiaison with internal teams such as operations, supply, finance and marketing to ensure that leads are catered effectively and closed.Provide feedback around reasons why leads are not closed and setup an action planConduct joint meetings with internal teams and partners to align on expectations and targets and plans for the quarter.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customersRequirements and skills :
Must be open to traveling as per the profile requirementsRelationship management skills, ability to speak to executives, managers and CEOs to get the businessFollowup management, on funnel of leads and conversion leversIntent to travel and meet all customers in the territory. Field sales acumen.
