Job Title : Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer

Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid / On-site)

Experience Required : 8-12 Years

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full stack development, leadership abilities, and experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable solutions. You will lead a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and play a critical role in shaping the architecture and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
  • Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle : coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Review code, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies to optimize development processes.
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, and security across applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Promote continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Education : B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience : 8-12 years in software development with at least 2-3 years in a lead / mentorship role.

    • Technical Expertise :

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, React / Angular / Vue (frontend).
  • Expertise in Node.js / Java / .NET / Python (backend).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
