Team Lead - Full Stack Development

Position : Team Lead for Full Stack Web Developer

Experience : 8 to 10 years

Location : Delhi

No of Positions : 1

Education : BE / BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics and Communication

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end ownership for the full development lifecycle and strive to write code which is easy to test, debug and monitor
• Closely working with the end users and operation team and act in very rapid cycles using scrum methodologies
• Lead a development team of 10+ dynamic software engineers.
• Should collaborate with the team to implement the Design and review the change-sets made by team.
• Should be responsible for delivering modules full-filling all the performance matrices.
• Design And Deployment should be with respect to Cloud Aware Architecture(AWS, S3, Route53, CDN, etc)
• All implementation would be based on Multi Server Architecture with Multiple Cache Layer (using PHP, Redis, Twig, Javascript, SQL, Mongo.)
• Should Write Best Optimal SQL Queries.
• Should Train and mentor the juniors in the team.
