Onboarding Specialist (US Staffing)

We are seeking a proactive Onboarding Specialist for the US staffing process to manage day-to-day HR documentation, employee onboarding, and compliance processes. This role will be key in ensuring a smooth experience for new hires, consultants, and client engagements while maintaining accurate and timely records.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and issue offer letters for selected candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process—document collection, verification, and induction support.
- Prepare and maintain compliance documents such as W-4s, I-9s, and onboarding checklists.
- Conduct and coordinate background checks and reference checks for placed candidates.
- Maintain up-to-date employee and consultant records in HR systems.
- Provide HR support to employees regarding policies, documentation, and general queries.
- Collaborate with recruiters, managers, and consultants to ensure a seamless HR process.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of HR operations or recruitment coordination experience.Strong knowledge of HR documentation, onboarding, and compliance.Familiarity with background check and verification processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
