Job Title : Technical Lead / Senior Technical lead

Role Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to drive and oversee all Mechanical and Thermal Engineering activities related to electronic product development. In this role, candidate will lead the end-to-end design, analysis, and validation of mechanical structures and thermal solutions for electronic systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in electronics packaging, thermal simulation and analysis, DFM / DFX, and material selection, along with hands-on experience taking electronic products from concept through mass production.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Mechanical, Thermal Design and Development

Prepare Functional Specification, Design Requirement Specification preparation(Concept Design), Mech Design & Development(Detailed design), Prototyping support, Product design validation and Regulatory compliance testing etc.

Experience : Must have 8-10 years of experience in the field of Mechanical design and development

Educational Qualifications Required / Specialization : (B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge / Skills Required

5 Good knowledge on thermal design consideration interms of natural cooling, forced cooling

Communication Skills / Interpersonal Work Relationships / Other

Desired Industry back ground : Telecom / IoT industry

Specialization Description

Responsible for researching, designing, planning, developing, and evaluating new advanced network technologies and network components. Translates customer requirements or strategic business objectives into final network solutions. Involved in assessment of customer's network application needs. Provides network modelling and simulation testing, and engineers high speed networks to deliver application functionality. Involved in developing and implementing corporate policies that support the development of telecom products.
