Skills Required :

• Working Experience in NPD / Sustenance projects for Medical Laboratory Instruments, Appliances or Electromechanical systems
• Resources must be proficient with medical industry legacy product sustenance experience.
• Interaction with suppliers in finding alternative parts, qualifying the equivalent parts by verification & validation methods
• Good working knowledge on Material selection, Mfg process (Casting, sheet metal & Machining process)
• Should have thorough knowledge on Engineering change control process (ECO / ECN)
• Expertise in Creo working on complex castings, manufacturing drawings, large assemblies thru Windchill PDM system
• Knowledge in Tooling & Fixture Design
• Knowledge in Tolerance stack-up analyses in response to identified problems.
• Knowledge on medical standards ISO 13485 & ISO 14971.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, team player & collaboration with global teams.
